Jenna Lockert & Kyle Deck

Jenna Lockert works in healthcare as a Registered nurse in Regina Saskatchewan. She currently works in Labour and Delivery at the General Hospital. She has a passion for caring for people and her family. She has been married to her husband for 13 years and has three children, ages 12, 10 and 7. Jenna took her brother to emergency, where at the time she was currently working, when he was first diagnosed with IGA Nephropothy and was in Renal failure. It was a shock to her entire family and she immediately knew she wanted to do anything in her power to help her brother. After months of determination and persistence, Jenna was tested and told she was a perfect match for a kidney donation. Jenna donated her kidney to Kyle on November 18, 2014 and would go through this process over and over again knowing she was able to give her brother his life back. It truly was a second chance for him and there is no greater gift to give.
